1. Provision of the website and storage in log files

When you visit our website, it is technically necessary for data to be transmitted to our web server via your internet browser. The following data is recorded during an ongoing connection for communication between your internet browser and our web server:

The legal basis for the processing of the data is our legitimate interest in the correct presentation and functionality of our website in accordance with Art.


In addition, the log files are used to evaluate system security and stability as well as for administrative purposes. The legal basis for the temporary storage of the data or log files is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f GDPR or Article 25 Paragraph 1 Clause 1, Paragraph 2 No. 2 TTDSG.


For reasons of technical security, in particular to prevent attempts to attack our web server, we store this data for a short time. Based on this data, it is not possible for us to draw conclusions about individual persons. After seven days at the latest, the data is anonymized by shortening the IP address at domain level, so that it is no longer possible to establish a reference to the individual user. The data may also be processed anonymously for statistical purposes. A storage of this data together with other personal data of the user, a comparison with other databases or a transfer to third parties does not take place at any time.


2. Contact Forms

Two contact forms (contact and jobs) are included on our website, which can be used for electronic contact and applications. If you take advantage of this option, the data you enter in the input mask will be transmitted to us and stored:

The legal basis for processing the data is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data will only be used to process the contact and the subsequent communication. In this context, the data will not be passed on to third parties. If we use the data for other purposes, we will obtain your consent in advance. The personal data from the input mask will be deleted when the respective communication with you has ended, ie as soon as it can be inferred from the circumstances that the facts in question have been finally clarified. The additional personal data collected during the sending process will be deleted after a period of seven days at the latest.


You have the option to revoke your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. In such a case, the contact request cannot be processed, and the communication or application process cannot be continued. All personal data stored in the course of making contact will be deleted in this case.


3. Data Sharing and Recipients

A transfer of your personal data to third parties does not take place, unless

  • if you have given your express consent in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a GDPR,

4. Duration of storage of personal data

7. Your data subject rights

If we process your personal data, you are a data subject pursuant to Art. 4 No. 1 GDPR with the following rights towards us:

In accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, you can request confirmation from us as to whether personal data relating to you will be processed by us. If we process your personal data, you can request information from us about the following:


  • the processing purposes;

  • the categories of your personal data that we process;

  • the recipients or categories of recipients to whom we have disclosed or will disclose your personal information;

  • (where possible) the planned duration for which we will store your personal data or, if this is not possible, the criteria for determining the storage period;

  • the existence of a right to rectification or erasure of personal data concerning you, a right to restriction of processing by us or a right to object to this processing;

  • the existence of a right of appeal to a supervisory authority;

7.2 Right to Rectification

In accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, you have the right to request us to correct and/or complete your incorrect personal data.


7.3 Right to erasure

According to Art. 17 GDPR, you can demand that your personal data be deleted immediately. We are obliged to delete your data immediately if one of the following reasons applies:


  • Your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed.

  • You revoke your consent, on which we base the processing in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR or Article 9 (2) (a) GDPR, and there is no other legal basis for the processing.

  • You object to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 (1) GDPR and there are no overriding legitimate reasons for the processing, or you object to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 (2) GDPR.

  • Your personal data has been unlawfully processed.

  • Erasure of your personal data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law to which we are subject.

  • Your personal data was collected in relation to information society services offered in accordance with Article 8 (1) GDPR.


If we have made your personal data public and we are obliged to delete them in accordance with Art. 17 Para process personal data that you, as the data subject, have requested them to delete all links to your personal data or copies or replications of your personal data.


The right to erasure does not exist if processing is necessary


  • to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information;

  • to comply with a legal obligation to which we are subject or to perform a task that is in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority that has been delegated to us;

  • for reasons of public interest in the area of public health (Art. 9 Para. 2 lit. h and i as well as Art. 9 Para. 3 GDPR);

  • for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or for statistical purposes in accordance with Article 89 (1) GDPR, insofar as the law mentioned makes it impossible or seriously impairs the achievement of the objectives of this processing, or

  • to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.


7.4 Right to Restriction of Processing

Under the following conditions, you can request the restriction of the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR:

  • if you contest the accuracy of your personal data for a period that enables us to verify the accuracy of the personal data;

  • if the processing is unlawful and you refuse to delete the personal data and instead request that the use of the personal data be restricted;

  • if we no longer need your personal data for the purposes of processing, but you need them to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, or

  • if you have lodged an objection to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 Para. 1 GDPR and it has not yet been determined whether our legitimate reasons outweigh your reasons.


If the processing of your personal data has been restricted, this data - apart from its storage - may only be used with your consent or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or to protect the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the Union or a Member State are processed. If the restriction of processing has been restricted according to the above conditions, you will be informed by us before the restriction is lifted.


7.5 Right to Information

If you have asserted the right to correction, deletion or restriction of processing against us, we are obliged in accordance with Art. 19 DSGVO to inform all recipients to whom we have disclosed your personal data of this circumstance, unless this proves to be the case impossible or involves a disproportionate effort.
